All applicants must meet the following criteria in order to become a member….

Membership Criteria:

Full Membership

  • Must be sponsored at a monthly meeting by a member in good standings.


  • Complete membership application and provide emergency information.


  • Must be licensed to operate a motorcycle and be properly insured to operate a motorcycle.


  • Must have at least two years of riding experience.


  • Must own at least 650cc motorcycle.


  • Must actively support the organization and its functions.


  • Must not have been convicted of an Indictable Offence.


  • Must be at least 25years of age.


  • Successfully complete a 6-month probationary period.


  • Agree to abide by the Nova Scotia Buffalo Soldiers/Troopers MC and the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club’s By-Laws.


  • An applicant must sign his or her signature to the application indicating their acceptance of the bi-laws.

    • Associate Membership

  • Must be sponsored at a monthly meeting by a member in good standings.


  • Complete membership application and provide emergency information.


  • Must actively support the organization and its functions.


  • Must not have been convicted of an Indictable Offence.


  • Must be at least 25years of age.


  • Successfully complete a 6-month probationary period.


  • Agree to abide by the Nova Scotia Buffalo Soldiers/Troopers MC and the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club’s By-Laws.

  • New members are only voted on bi-annually.
